Who Are We?
We are an average American family. Our main home is in Colorado Springs. In Yachats, Oregon we are very fortunate to also have a condo on some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. As a family, we spend all of July at the Oregon condo and we sneak up there a few other times throughout the year. But it is available for your enjoyment the rest of the year!
The Tucson condo, nestled up against the majestic Catalina Mountains and next door to the luxurious Ventana Canyon Resort, is a gorgeous escape for the family when Colorado gets too cold. We use the Tucson condo for about four to six weeks of the year. The rest of the time, it is available to you!

Welcome to Sunset Villa. Once you arrive you can park and walk to everything! Cape Perpetua is the highest viewpoint on the Oregon Coast and is located just 2 miles south. Beautiful beaches and fascinating tide pools abound. There are many hiking trails and lighthouses to explore!

Make your winter getaway all the better by staying at this wonderful condo! The community of Canyon View is set right at the base of the mountains offering gorgeous views of the Catalina Mountains. You can walk down your front steps and right onto the Ventana Canyon Trailhead.
